In developing color palettes for dozens of residential and commercial interiors and exteriors, I noticed that many paints looked flat—dull and lifeless—no matter what the hue. By contrast, a small handful seemed rich and complex, as if they glowed from within. In studying color, I learned that the full spectrum is most appealing, and I concluded that paints formulated with this as a foundation create the most pleasing colors.
The house sold for much more than I thought it would. A great part of why I think it was so marketable was because of the spectacular job you did on selecting the colors. It really turned out to be quite stunning. People would stop on the street and take pictures. You were meticulous in assuring that it was all perfect.
